New patient visit- The new patient visit is the first appointment to establish care with one of our fertility specialists. This appointment can be done virtually, or in person- patient choice. The appointment includes dedicated time with a fertility specialist who will thoroughly review of patient and partner health histories, a pelvic ultrasound and an ovarian reserve blood test called AMH. Please note, while the price does include the cost of a pelvic ultrasound and an AMH blood test, these tests may be performed at a separate date than your NP visit (as directed by your fertility specialist). This appointment helps to establish a plan of action for next steps and provide an outline treatment protocol should you choose to pursue fertility treatment with our clinic. Often, this consultation appointment is covered by insurance.
The self pay price for this appointment is $250.00.
Once you have established care with one of our fertility specialists a personalized treatment plan will be provided to you. To learn more about special opportunities and patient programs click here.
Our Approach to Treatment Pricing
At Reach Fertility, we believe you deserve clear, honest information about the cost of care, and we’re always happy to share transparent pricing. Because every patient’s path is different, the final cost of treatment depends on several factors, including your insurance coverage, whether you choose to self-pay, bundled treatment packages, and eligibility for special programs.
Our goal is to make fertility care as accessible as possible. Financial concerns should never be the reason you put off building your family. Our team will walk you through your options and help you find a plan that works for you.

Counseling- depending on your treatment plan, genetic counseling may be required as part of your cycle. This service is also elective and can be utilized by any of our patients at their request. Counseling services are billed separately and paid directly to the counseling practice.
